In case of product issues, please proceed as follows:
When you receive the goods, please inspection in detail within one week and feedback to General doctor agent or the manufacturer If any problems.
During the warranty period, If any issues occurred, please send the problems description with videos or pictures to General doctor agent or the manufacturer (aftersales@honglian8.com), your issue will be resolved quickly.
On-site technical and usage training
(including product performance, assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance)
supplied by General Doctor authorized agent or dealer in the market.
Cleaning & Disinfection:
Use 70% isopropyl alcohol or medical-grade
disinfectant wipes for surface cleaning after each use. Avoid abrasive
materials that may damage the model’s texture or electronic components.
For high-contact areas (e.g., CPR
manikins’ faces, puncture training sites), disinfect after every 5-10 uses or
as per institutional protocols
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, dust-free environment
with temperature between 15°C–30°C and humidity below 60%.
Keep electronic models away from direct
sunlight to prevent screen/component degradation
Handling Precautions:
Avoid dropping or excessive force on
mechanical parts (e.g., joints, puncture modules).
Disconnect power sources when not in use
for electronic models.
